This page explains, in plain language, what CALHANS Outdoor Studio stores about you and how you can ask us to remove it. This is a plain-language policy and has not been reviewed by an attorney.
What we store
- Account information: your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.
- Property information: nicknames, ZIP code, city and state, property type and yard size.
- Uploaded property photographs, stored privately and associated with your account and property.
- Landscape preferences: light, drainage, style, colors, priorities, maintenance, wildlife and budget answers.
- Saved landscape plans, saved plants and shopping list selections.
- Purchase records for any Design or Studio upgrade, including amount and payment status.
- Support inquiries you submit through the Contact page, including your email and message.
How it is used
Your information is used to generate your personalized landscape plan, save your progress between visits, process any plan upgrade you purchase, and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Photographs
Property photographs are stored privately and are not publicly visible. Only your account can retrieve them.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your account, your personal data, or specific uploaded photographs at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests manually; this is not yet an automated self-service action.
